A human rights activist and head of the organization “Russia Behind Bars,” Olga Romanova, believes her country is heading towards civil war.
In an interview with Nexta, she said: “”No one, in fact, wants to accept the residents of Kursk region, just as now the residents of Rostov region are very offended that no one talks about them, no one protects them,” she said.
According to Romanova, Russians are increasingly showing mutual indifference, which she considers a sign of an impending civil war.
She also described Putin’s typical behavior at critical moments for the country: “Putin is showing his worst side. He again does not control the situation and does not want to control it.”
